Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. When you choose annual billing, you'll receive a 20% discount on all paid plans. That's $79.20/month for Starter, $239.20/month for Pro, and $399.20/month for Enterprise when billed annually.
What's included in the 14-day free trial?
All paid features are included in the free trial. You can test the full Starter, Pro, or Enterprise plan without entering a credit card. After 14 days, you'll need to enter a payment method to continue.
Can I have multiple team members on one account?
Yes. All plans include unlimited team members. You can manage roles and permissions for each team member from your account settings. Team members can view reports and manage instances based on their assigned roles.
What happens if I exceed my instance limit?
You'll need to upgrade to a plan with more instances. We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit so you have time to plan. You won't be charged extra for overage.
